• Track sales activity and maintain accurate client records

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, professional, and relationship-driven personality
• Experience in B2B sales, staffing sales, or service-based sales is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable meeting with business owners, HR leaders, and executives
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
• Strong organization and follow-up skills

Travel Requirements:

• Local travel within the Cincinnati area for client meetings and business development.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $45,000 – $55,000
