Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labor / Pick & Pack Worker to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for accurately picking and packing products, preparing orders for shipment, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse locations according to customer orders.
- Pack products securely and accurately for shipment.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and order information.
- Label packages and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload boxes, materials, and products as needed.
- Sort, organize, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing inventory.
- Perform general warehouse and housekeeping duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, pick/pack, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift.
