Precision Staffing is seeking an experienced Skilled Trades Recruiter for a client in the Miamisburg area. This position is temp to hire with an opportunity to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: Miamisburg, OH (3 days per week) and remote (2 days per week)

Pay: $20 per hour

Position Type: Temp to Hire

The Skilled Trades Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting. Positions include Mechanics, Crane Operations, Maintenance Technicians and similar positions.

Responsibilities of Skilled Trades Recruiter:

• Post positions on internal job boards and external job boards.
• Source candidates through methods outside of job postings such as social media platforms.
• Review resumes to determine eligibility
• Phone screen and perform in person interviews.
• Extend offers

Requirements for Skilled Trades Recruiter:

• Previous experience recruiting for skilled trade positions
• Experience using job boards and social media platforms.
• Working knowledge of ATS/HRIS platforms (Paycor experience a PLUS)
