- 1st Shift: $17.60/hour | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: $18.20/hour | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Description
Precision Staffing is currently hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates for a warehouse facility located in Chicago, IL. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping materials. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments.
- Pick, pack, stage, and ship products accurately.
- Maintain accurate inventory through counts, tracking, and material transfers.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Organize warehouse materials and maintain a clean work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment while following all safety guidelines.
- Follow established procedures for quality and inventory control.
- Support warehouse leadership with daily operational needs.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Valid driver's license in good standing preferred.
