We are currently seeking a Direct Hire Sales Representative for an established organization within the food ingredients industry. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking for a high-earning role with long-term growth potential.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales
- Present product features and highlight how they solve customer needs and challenges
- Respond to customer questions regarding products, pricing, and applications
- Negotiate pricing and terms; prepare and finalize sales agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams across multiple departments to support customer success
- Maintain accurate customer records, contact lists, and ongoing sales activity
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in food ingredient sales (5+ years strongly preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with or willingness to learn CRM systems and sales-related software
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a team-based environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $100,000 – $150,000 depending on experience
