We are looking for a detail-oriented Retirement Specialist to handle case management, administrative functions, and customer inquiries. In this role, you will process financial transactions, provide support for producers and customers, and ensure compliance with industry regulations—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside in OH, KY, IN, MO, MI, SC, VA, TX, or FL
Key Responsibilities for Retirement Specialist
- Research customer needs and develop solutions to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.
- Process and reconcile complex financial transactions related to customer accounts.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing empathetic and timely service.
- Maintain knowledge of internal systems, products, and industry regulations.
- Support producers and customers with inquiries on their various cases.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, audit recommendations, and company policies.
Requirements for Retirement Specialist
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- Experience: At least 1 year in financial services or customer service (Retirement Plan experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex financial transactions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to assist customers effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.
