Internal Recruiter (Contract or Long-Term)

Starting Pay: $45,000 + bonus
Onsite Position (M-F, 8am-5pm)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Recruiter to join our team in Florence, KY office. This role can be structured as either a contract-based position or a long-term opportunity, depending on candidate preference and business needs. The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting through onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on hiring metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an internal/corporate setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Contract recruiting or staffing agency experience a plus.
