Position: Quality Line Inspector
Shift: Must be able to train on 1st shift for 60–90 days

A manufacturing facility is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Line Inspector to ensure products meet quality standards throughout the production process. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance and driving product excellence.
Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing setting and must be available to train on 1st shift for 60–90 days.
Perform routine inspections on the production line
Identify and report defects or deviations from specifications
Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ensure proper use and calibration of inspection tools and equipment
Support continuous improvement efforts in quality and process efficiency
Follow all safety and quality procedures
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in quality control is a plus)
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or inspection role
Familiarity with tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Effective communication and documentation skills
