RESPONSIBILITY OF QUALITY CONTROL LEAD
- Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are met and products are delivered efficiently.
- Select and label samples for production and outside delivery.
- Communicate quality issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Utilize quality inspection tools like densitometers, spectrophotometers, and paper calipers.
- Follow ISO Quality Procedures and complete required forms.
- Lead and coach staff, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Review and ensure product conformity, especially for color and quality matching.
QUALIFICATIONS OF QUALITY CONTROL LEAD
- 4+ years of experience in a Quality Control role within the printing industry required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Acrobat Pro, PSI/MIS/ERP, and Prestige.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; BS/AA preferred.
