Property Manager – Cincinnati, OH 45214
Pay: $24/hr | Shift: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM | Benefits: Health, Dental, Life
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations, compliance, and staff at our multi-family affordable housing property. This role includes supervising onsite staff, managing budgets, ensuring full occupancy, and delivering exceptional resident services while maintaining LIHTC, HUD, and Fair Housing compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff; handle HR tasks including hiring and leave approvals
- Maintain Touchstone compliance waitlist and accurate vacancy reporting
- Drive financial performance and minimize rent delinquency
- Lead marketing and leasing activities, including open houses and realtor tours
- Approve tenant applications, leases, and security deposits; represent the landlord in court as needed
- Collaborate on budgets and ensure compliance with financial guidelines
- Oversee maintenance, safety programs, and property inspections
Requirements:
- 2+ years managing HUD/LIHTC properties with supervisory experience
- Knowledge of affordable housing compliance and Fair Housing laws
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record required.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years relevant experience
- Preferred: Housing Credit Certified Professional, Certified Occupancy Specialist
