Precision Staffing is currently seeking a full-time Production Operator. This position is responsible for the production of parts and assemblies, including the following duties:
- Operate and maintain all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain quality control procedures.
- Perform quality assurance functions.
- Work with all employees to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform all duties to meet or exceed production goals.
- Maintain a safe work environment by complying with OSHA safety policies and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Available Shifts:
5:00AM - 5:00PM (Rotating 2-2-3 schedule) - $16 per hour
5:00PM - 1:30AM (Monday - Friday) - $17 per hour
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to sit stand walk for long periods of time.
