Location: Florence, KY
We are hiring Production Operators to support production operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility. This position assists machine/press operators with material handling, production, quality checks, and keeping the work area running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist operators with the operation of manufacturing presses and equipment
- Load and unload parts and materials
- Inspect finished parts for quality and defects
- Remove, stack, sort, and package completed parts
- Maintain production pace and follow work instructions
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs repetitively
- Comfortable standing for a full 12 hour shift and performing repetitive tasks
- Dependable with a strong focus on safety, quality, and attendance
