Precision Staffing is currently seeking a full-time Production Operator. This position is responsible for the production of parts and assemblies, including the following duties:

• Operate and maintain all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain quality control procedures.
• Perform quality assurance functions.
• Work with all employees to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform all duties to meet or exceed production goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment by complying with OSHA safety policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Available Shift:

5:00AM - 5:00PM (Rotating 2-2-3) - $16 per hour

5:00PM - 1:30AM (Monday - Friday) - $17 per hour

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to sit stand walk for long periods of time.
