Press Brake/Machine Operator – Erlanger, KY (Metal Shop)
Seeking a Press Brake Operator to read part drawings, set up and run brake press machines, enter bend dimensions, and work with various gauges of sheet metal. Must be able to visualize 3-D parts, perform basic math (including inch-to-decimal conversions), and lift up to 50 lbs. Press brake experience is preferred. Overtime possible during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up/operate brakes, rolls, shears, saws, and presses

• Read blueprints and engineering specs

• Perform math calculations and adjust bend programs

• Maintain machine area and follow safety standards

• Make minor machine repairs and support other shop tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED

• 1+ year machine or press brake experience

• Basic computer skills; ability to use tape measure, protractor, calibrator

• Good communication, organization, and time-management skills

• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment

Work Conditions:
Manufacturing floor with noise, moving parts, and occasional fumes. Regular lifting, standing, bending required.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday

• Pay: $19–$22/hr (DOE)

• 1st shift: 6:30am–3:00pm

• 2nd shift: 2:30pm–11:00pm (+$1 shift differential)
