Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Packers to join our warehouse team. Packers will prepare products for shipment while maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare products for shipment.
- Verify products and quantities before packing.
- Inspect items for damage or defects.
- Apply labels and shipping documentation accurately.
- Follow packing procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
- Work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, packing, production, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
