Pay: $45,000 – $55,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission

Precision Staffing is seeking a motivated Account Executive / Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Cincinnati area. This role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and staffing sales.
The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and identifying workforce solutions for companies across the Cincinnati market. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a sales-driven professional who enjoys building partnerships and growing revenue.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales:
- Develop new business opportunities within the Cincinnati market
- Prospect and meet with potential clients to discuss staffing and workforce solutions
- Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships
- Conduct in-person client meetings and sales presentations
- Negotiate service agreements and staffing partnerships
- Identify client hiring challenges and present tailored solutions
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate client records
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, professional, and relationship-driven personality
- Experience in B2B sales, staffing sales, or service-based sales is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable meeting with business owners, HR leaders, and executives
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
Travel Requirements:
- Local travel within the Cincinnati area for client meetings and business development.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $45,000 – $55,000
