Job Description

Mechanical Assembly Technician

We are seeking motivated and reliable Mechanical Assembly Technicians for a growing manufacturing facility in Fairfield, OH. This hands-on position plays a vital role in producing conveyor system components and ensuring product quality.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Fridays are OT)
Pay: $20/hour (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: West Chester, OH

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools
  • Perform testing and calibration to meet quality specs
  • Kit, label, and pack assemblies for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work collaboratively with the production team
  • Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with reading tape measures and basic tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Experience in assembly or manufacturing
