Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and play a vital role in our fast-paced distribution facility. You’ll work in a temperature-controlled environment ranging from -20°F to +35°F, ensuring the safe and efficient storage, handling, and distribution of food products. Shift: 1st Shift, 7AM - 330PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate powered industrial trucks, including stand-up reach forklifts, dock trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Load and unload palletized products from semi-trailers.
- Pick and locate palletized products in cooler and freezer areas.
- Build customer orders by case-picking products accurately.
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment for food storage and distribution.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Forklift experience is strongly preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
- Comfortable working in a cold environment (-20°F to +35°F) with appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong math skills for calculating product totals to build orders.
- Safety-conscious and committed to following safety procedures and policies.
