Die-Cutter Operator
Shift: 2:15pm - 10:45pm
Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a Die-Cutter Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating die-cutting machinery in a manufacturing or printing environment. Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain die-cutting machines (e.g., Bobst, Heidelberg)
- Follow job orders and ensure production meets customer specifications
- Perform quality checks throughout the run and adjust as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area
- Accurately record production data and downtime
- Assist with preventative maintenance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience operating die-cutting or converting equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts when required
