Bindery Operator
Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Job Description
Precision Staffing is looking for a reliable and experienced Bindery Operator to join our print production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain various types of bindery equipment to ensure high-quality finished products. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a print or manufacturing setting, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate bindery equipment such as folders, cutters, stitchers, collators, and laminators
- Set up machines according to job specifications and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
- Package and label completed jobs for delivery or shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist in other production tasks as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to read work orders and follow instructions accurately
- Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
