Manual Machinist – Mill & Lathe
Pay: $26–$30/hour (based on experience)
Shifts: 1st or 2nd shift – your choice

We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist with skills in both manual milling and manual lathe operation to join our team. This role is to replace machinists who will be retiring in the next 3–6 months, offering a stable, long-term career opportunity.
Responsibilities for Manual Machinist:
- Operate manual mills (Bridgeport/ProtoTrak) and/or manual lathes (any brand)
- Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy
- Apply strong math and logic skills to machining tasks
- Select proper feeds, speeds, and cutters for various jobs
- Use personal measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and parallels
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, low-volume toolroom environment
Qualifications for Manual Machinist:
- Minimum 3 years of toolroom experience
- Proficiency with both manual mill or lathe operations
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Must supply personal measuring tools
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
