Job Title: Material Handler

Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm OR 2:15pm - 10:45pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our manufacturing team. The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility. This position plays a key role in supporting production operations and maintaining a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Supply raw materials to production lines and remove finished goods as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory systems as required
- Assist with cycle counts, receiving, and shipping activities
- Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to support operational goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified (training may be provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in varying temperature environments
