Shift Options & Pay
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $22.50/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor multiple machines simultaneously in a production environment
- Perform pultrusion, injection molding, and related manufacturing processes
- Read and follow control plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Use basic measurement tools, including tape measures
- Handle lightweight materials (typically 5–10 lbs., up to 40 lbs. occasionally)
- Stand for the duration of the shift and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Strong mental focus and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and machines at once
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Willingness to complete on-the-job training
- Must wear safety glasses and steel-toe shoes
