Tier I Service Technician
Location: Marysville, OH
Shift: 3rd Shift – 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
Training: 1st Shift
Additional Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM may be available
Job Duties
- Provide technical and mechanical support in a manufacturing environment.
- Troubleshoot equipment and assist with repairs.
- Perform basic maintenance and service tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Work with experienced technicians and learn site-specific equipment.
Requirements
- Mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Must be flexible with shifts during training.
- Must provide your own steel-toed shoes.
Additional Details
- All tools and other PPE are provided.
- Full-time employees receive $100/year toward steel-toed shoes.
- Uniform laundry service provided for full-time employees.
- Participate in a rotating weekend 24-hour on-call schedule after training.
- On-call rotation is paid as a monthly bonus.
- In-person interview with possible facility tour.
