Maintenance Technician II
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76155
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to support the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and facility systems within a fast-paced distribution environment. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and minimizing downtime to keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Inspect, diagnose, and replace defective components using hand and power tools.
- Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Assist with conveyor systems and other material handling equipment.
- Order replacement parts and coordinate with outside vendors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
- Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or military environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals written in English.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred
- Experience performing MIG, TIG, ARC welding, cutting, or brazing.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Experience with formal safety programs.
- Lockout/Tagout experience.
- Conveyor maintenance experience.
