Job Description

Florence, Kentucky

6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am rotating shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and break/fix maintenance on industrial equipment, including conveyor systems, presses, robotics, and automated machinery.

  • Troubleshoot, program, and maintain PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar).

  • Read, interpret, and update electrical and control schematics.

  • Maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

  • Support robotics operations and maintenance (Motoman, Fanuc, Kawasaki, etc.).

     

Qualifications / Ideal Candidate:

  • Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance and PLC programming.

  • Strong understanding of ladder logic and PLC troubleshooting.

  • Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.

  • Robotics maintenance experience is a plus.

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
