Precision Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a local automotive manufacturing plant in Florence, Kentucky. Starting pay is $17 - $19 an hour with significant increases once hired on. Available Shifts:
6:00am - 6:00pm (Rotating 3-2-2-3)

6:00pm - 6:00am (Rotating 3-2-2-3)
Duties and Responsibilities - Machine Operator

• Ability to read and write with acceptable aptitude scores
• Physical Coordination to lift and move product
• Trainable with fork lift truck
• Acceptable attendance and tardiness record
• Acceptable aptitude test scores
• Written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
• Math ability, including conversions English/Metric
• Ability to read, use and understand measuring devices
• Ability to understand machine computer functions
• Trainable with CNC, PLC controls and SPC documentation
• Ability to load material, perform changeovers, make needed adjustments during production and tooling changes
