Job Title: Machine Helper – Automotive Manufacturing
Location: Florence, KY
Pay: $18–$19/hour to start + raises upon hire-on
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Rotating 3-2-2-3 Schedule)
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Rotating 3-2-2-3 Schedule)
Responsibilities – Machine Helpers:
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform changeovers, material loading, and basic machine adjustments
- Read and interpret measurements and machine computer functions
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform quality checks
- Lift and move materials safely and consistently
- Follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail
Qualifications – Machine Helpers:
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
- Able to read, use, and understand measuring tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Forklift experience is a plus (but trainable)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
