Precision Staffing is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for placement with a global leader in orthopedic medical device manufacturing. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales team to manage daily inventory transactions and coordinate case scheduling professionally. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity—apply today!
Position Details:
- Pay: $19.23
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Location: Columbus, OH 43215

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shipping and receiving for all surgical inventory
- Communicate with teams on surgical case requirements and timelines
- Review and clarify requests from sales teams, addressing any issues related to surgeries
- Place orders to ensure adequate surgical coverage
- Assemble and prepare surgical instruments and implants for hospital delivery
- Respond to incoming/outgoing inventory inquiries
- Perform instrument assembly as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required (College Degree preferred)
- Ability to lift boxes and instrument trays as needed
- Strong interest in the medical device/orthopedic field
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to manage priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
