- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $17.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM | $17.00/hr
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Florence, KY. In this role, you will assist with the production, packaging, and inspection of chemical products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Job Responsibilities
- Fill containers with chemical products according to established procedures
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Load raw materials and replenish production supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
- Assist with general production duties to help meet daily production goals
- Stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Steel-toed, non-mesh work shoes are required
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have a valid government-issued ID from Kentucky, Ohio, or Indiana
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance are essential
