HVAC Residential Technician
Location: Office is in Cold Spring but territory is Northern Kentucky and Hamilton County in Ohio

Job Description:
As an HVAC Residential Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing heating and cooling systems in residential homes and commercial properties. Your duties will include:
- Installing, testing, and configuring new HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.)
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system problems
- Repairing or replacing faulty components
- Providing excellent customer service and educating clients on system care and maintenance
- Maintaining accurate records of all work performed
Qualifications:
- Journeyman HVAC license (required for Kentucky work)
- EPA certification
- Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
