Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Overtime Available
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team on 2nd shift. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working with your hands, and solving mechanical and electrical problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Working on CNC machines and automated production equipment
- Diagnosing issues using test equipment, schematics, and technical drawings
- Performing preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and keep machines running efficiently
- Repairing or installing electrical wiring, controls, and lighting systems
- Assisting with welding repairs (MIG, TIG, or ARC as needed)
- Supporting general facility repairs and maintenance work orders
Requirements for Maintenance Technician
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical training (maintenance program or equivalent experience) preferred
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment
- Strong knowledge of:
- Electrical and mechanical systems
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Industrial equipment troubleshooting
- Experience with CNC equipment and/or PLC systems is highly preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Welding experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
