Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 (Weekend premium pay available)

Shift: 2nd Shift (3 PM – 11 PM, rotating weekends required)
Position Overview
We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations. You’ll manage equipment, materials, and staff to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity. This role also involves training and developing team members while driving continuous improvement.
Key Duties for Industrial Maintenance Supervisor:
- Supervise maintenance staff and oversee repairs and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate downtime activities with production teams to maximize equipment availability
- Use the Advanced Maintenance Management System (AMMS) for scheduling and tracking maintenance
- Analyze equipment downtime and recommend improvements
- Train and mentor staff to boost performance and efficiency
- Communicate with leadership to resolve issues and optimize operations
- Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and productivity
Requirements for Industrial Maintenance Supervisor:
- Bachelor’s or Technical Degree preferred (or equivalent training)
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and quality control
- Proficiency in PC software and maintenance systems
Preferred Skills for Industrial Maintenance Supervisor:
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance
- Proficient with AMMS and Lean methodologies
