In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing crucial support to a dynamic workforce.
Key Responsibilities for HR Contact Center Representative:
- Use scripts, quick reference guides, and a knowledge base to address employee questions effectively.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, delivering up-to-date information to employees in various professions and locations.
- Communicate with empathy, de-escalating situations when needed.
Qualifications for HR Contact Center Representative :
- Education: Bachelors degree required
- Technical Skills: Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens to locate policies and procedures.
- Prior HR experience highly desired, but not required
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Flu vaccine required.
