Property Management Specialist I – Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $18/hr | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM | Location: On-site

We are looking for a Property Management Specialist I to help manage a multi-family housing community. This role includes assisting with leasing, conducting inspections, addressing resident concerns, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with apartment leasing and move-ins
  • Conduct unit and property inspections
  • Enforce lease compliance and resolve resident issues
  • Process rent, maintenance charges, and utility billing
  • Maintain resident files and support reports

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Preferred: Knowledge of lease terms, housing rules, and public housing procedures
