Seeking an HVAC Residential Technician for installation, maintenance, and repair of residential (90%) and light commercial (10%) systems. Candidates must be skilled, independent, and customer service-oriented.
Location: Cold Spring, KY – Serving Northern Kentucky & Hamilton County, OH
Job Type: Full-time/ Direct Hire
Pay: Journeyman: $25 - $30/hr (higher considered), Apprentice: $14/hr+

Key Responsibilities for HVAC Residential Technician:
- Install, test, and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, thermostats)
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical HVAC issues
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide energy efficiency recommendations
- Maintain records, follow safety protocols, and stay updated on industry standards
Qualifications for HVAC Residential Technician:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Journeyman License required for independent work in KY
- OSHA and EPA certification preferred
- HVAC experience with mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Valid driver’s license (No DUIs or reckless operations)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various conditions
