Precision Staffing is looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resources Training Coordinator to centralize and coordinate the training activities for HR Service Advisors while also managing and enhancing our HR ServiceNow knowledge base.
Position Overview:
As the HR Training Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating and facilitating training programs. You will evaluate and create content to ensure that Associate Services staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel. Your role will involve tracking training effectiveness, developing new training initiatives, and supporting the department's goals with policy-related guidance.
- Location: Bond Hill, OH
- Compensation: $24.50 per hour
- Hours: Monday: Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM
- Position Type: Contract (6-month) with potential for extension
Key Responsibilities for HR Training Coordinator:
- Oversee and coordinate training for Associate Services staff, focusing on programs, policies, procedures.
- Create, review, and update content for the HR Service Now knowledge base and other training materials.
- Facilitate learning programs through on-site classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching.
- Track, measure, and report on the success and competence of training programs and staff performance.
- Conduct Quality Assurance Analysis for the Service Advisor team.
Qualifications for HR Training Coordinator:
- 3 to 5 years of HR or related field experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiar with Zoom and Workday platforms.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and communicate effectively with peers and multiple departments.
- Comfortable managing and leading groups of 20+ employees.
- Skilled at managing time and projects to meet goals and deliverables.
