Senior HR Representative
About the Role:
Precision Staffing is proud to partner with one of Cincinnati’s largest and most respected healthcare organizations to hire a Senior HR Representative. In this key role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, supporting employees and managers across various departments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable HR experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities for Senior HR Representative:
- Respond to HR-related questions using reference materials such as scripts, guides, and knowledge bases.
- Provide timely and accurate information in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Communicate with professionalism and empathy, resolving concerns and de-escalating when necessary.
- Support employees during annual benefits enrollment, explaining plan options, deadlines, and procedures.
Qualifications for Senior HR Representative:
- Associates degree
- Strong computer navigation skills; ability to work across multiple systems and screens.
- Previous HR experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have or be willing to receive the flu vaccine.
