HR Service Representative:
Precision Staffing has partnered with one of Cincinnati’s largest health care providers to hire HR Service Representatives for their Call Center. As an HR Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers. This is a temporary position for 90 days, with potential for extension or permanent hire based on performance and attendance, starting on Sept. 23rd. Apply now!
- Pay:$22 per hour
- Start Date: Sept 23rd - No Vacation within the first month
- Shift: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm & 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Must be available for both shifts)

Responsibilities of the HR Service Representative:
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to a variety of human resource questions.
- Respond to employee inquiries using standard scripts, quick reference guides, knowledge bases, and other systems.
- Adapt quickly to changes to provide up-to-date information to employees across different professions and locations.
- Demonstrate empathy and assist in de-escalating situations.
Qualifications of the HR Service Representative:
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree and HR experience preferred).
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens to find relevant policies and procedures.
- Meet response time thresholds.
