An established and growing company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Commercial Recruiter with experience sourcing and hiring high-level sales professionals. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Sharonville, OH, ideal for someone with strong recruiting skills in sales, marketing, and business development roles. The recruiter will join a small but focused talent acquisition team and play a key role in building a world-class commercial sales force.
Key Responsibilities for Commercial Recruiter:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior sales roles (base pay $90–130K + commission).
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft targeted job descriptions.
- Source top candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and provide detailed candidate assessments.
- Maintain organized pipelines using applicant tracking and CRM tools.
- Manage job postings, candidate communications, and offer negotiations.
- Report on recruitment activity and deliver key metrics to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications for Commercial Recruiter:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, specifically hiring sales professionals or commercial roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Experience recruiting for complex technical or B2B sales roles (preferably in manufacturing or chemicals).
- Knowledge of CRM and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Bullhorn – specific tools not required).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience for Commercial Recruiter:
- Agency or corporate recruiting background with exposure to industrial/manufacturing clients.
- Experience recruiting sales professionals who sell technical products into manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with commercial hiring best practices, employer branding, and compliance.
