HR Generalist
Precision Staffing has partnered with one of the largest Catholic healthcare organizations in the U.S. to hire an HR Generalist for their growing team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a large regional market, with occasional travel to nearby locations.
- Location: Toledo, OH, with travel to Oregon, OH and quarterly visits to Tiffin, Defiance, and Willard, OH
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Type: Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems such as Workday and UltiPro
- Advise employees on HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries
- Support employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and issue management
- Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including OSHA standards
- Collaborate with various departments to meet HR needs and organizational goals
Qualifications of the HR Generalist:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel between assigned locations as needed
