HR EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE - Call Center
Precision Staffing is partnered with one of Cincinnati’s largest health care to provide HR Employee Representatives. As the HR Employee Representative, you will be the first point-of-contact for HR inquiries for employees and managers. This is a Temp only – 6 Month opportunity with a possibility of being extended.

- Shift: Mon-Fri
- Hours: 7am-3:30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to a variety of human resource questions.
- Answers to employees’ inquiries by referencing standard scripts, quick references guides, the knowledgebase and other point solution systems.
- Adapts quickly in a constantly changing environment to provide up-to-date and correct information to employees across a wide variety of professions and locations.
- Communicating empathy and helping to de-escalate the situation.
QUALIFICATIONS OF HR EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES
- High school degree required (Bachelor’s Degree & HR experience preferred).
- Able to use various system and multiple screens to find the appropriate policy of procedure.
- Able to achieve the desired percentage of first-call resolution and meets response time thresholds.
- Must be fully vaccinated with Flu shot.
