HR Assistant (CSR) - Temporary-$19.50/hr
One of Cincinnati's premier healthcare systems is hiring entry level HR Assistant (CSR) for a temporary position. You will assist fellow employees with various HR related questions on the daily.

Hours: M-F 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Type: Temp (6 months)

Location: Bond Hill, OH

Pay: $19.50 per hour

You will be responsible for:

• Answering calls from fellow employees in a friendly and timely manner
• Assisting with case loads when call volume is low
• Educating employees on various HR policies and procedures
• Using various system and multiple screen to find the appropriate policy of procedure

To be successful you need to be:

• Able to handle stress and pressure.
• Needs to work quickly and efficiently.
• Able to keep up with multiple moving parts.
• Patience – needs ability not to feed into the frenzy of hiring and to gently guide these new associates through the journey to day 1.
