Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick/Pack Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, moving, and preparing products for shipment while safely operating warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse systems.
- Operate forklift equipment, including sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or cherry picker as required.
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
- Prepare completed orders for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Experience using an RF scanner or warehouse management system preferred.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
