The General Labor position is an entry-level role within the manufacturing operation. Employees in this position may work in multiple departments and at various workstations depending on production demands. This role requires versatility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing work assignments.
Read, interpret, and follow written and verbal work instructions
Comply with all company and industry production and safety procedures
Willingness to rotate between different jobs and departments
Ability to maintain an acceptable work pace throughout the workday
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Use basic hand tools as required
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Standing for up to 8–10 hours per day
Lifting up to 50 lbs. for approximately 25% of the shift
Ability to work in high temperatures during summer months (90–100°F)
