Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain material handling and processing equipment (forklift, skid steer, order picker, pallet jack, etc.) according to SOPs
- Assist with plant production tasks, including mixing, bagging, and container loading
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Perform quality control checks while handling products
- Accurately document tasks performed (processing, maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
- Receive, ship, and organize warehouse inventory
- Follow all safety, regulatory, and administrative policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members with a positive attitude
- Perform additional duties assigned by management professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively (110 lbs. with a partner) in a non-climate-controlled, dusty environment
- Good math and organizational skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal directions
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Self-motivated, driven, and customer-focused
