Entry-Level Machine OperatorResponsibilities
- Operate production machinery according to work instructions.
- Load and unload materials into machines.
- Monitor equipment for quality and efficiency.
- Perform basic quality checks on finished parts.
- Complete production paperwork accurately.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
Quality Assurance AssociateResponsibilities
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections and basic measurements.
- Document inspection results accurately.
- Identify defects and report quality concerns.
- Work closely with production teams to maintain product quality.
- Follow quality procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous quality or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- Stand for 10-hour shifts.
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed (average 50–60 hours per week).
Work Environment
- Clean manufacturing facility.
- Exposure to heat during summer months.
- Moderate to high noise levels.
- PPE Required:- Steel-toe boots
