This temp-to-hire role is fully remote for candidates in OH, KY, MI, IN, VA, SC, TX, MO, and FL. As a Tech Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for technical troubleshooting via phone and chat!

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM (EST)
- Pay:$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities of the Electronics Technician:
- Provide technical support for radar detectors, dash cams, walkie talkies, CB radios, power inverters, and jump starters.
- Assist with device setup, order processing, repairs, refunds, product inquiries, and order tracking.
- Deliver prompt, positive support to customers via phone and email.
Qualifications of the Electronics Technician:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable internet connection and a functional computer during the temp-to-hire period
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous technical work experience required
