Hours 6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am
Job Responsibilities
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues involving low voltage, high voltage, sensors, distributed control systems (DCS), and CNC machinery.
- Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation devices such as Calypso systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical components to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
- Use precision measuring instruments like ohmmeters for diagnostics and calibration tasks.
More Job Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in industrial maintenance with a strong electrical background.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, sensors, vision inspection systems, CNC machinery, and high-voltage electrical systems.
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), and Calypso software is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment integration is preferred.
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, AutoCAD drawings, and technical manuals accurately.
