Data Entry Clerk – Long-Term Opportunity
Precision Staffing is currently seeking 1st Shift Data Entry Clerks to support a financial institution team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering tax return data into internal systems. This is a long-term assignment with a tentative start date of August 2026, expected to run through December 2026, with potential extension into March 2027 (end date not guaranteed).
Position Details
- Title: Data Entry Clerk
- Location: 17650 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland, OR 97230
- Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
- Schedule:
- Monday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Total Paid Hours: 29 hours per week
- Schedule Type: Consistent weekly schedule
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must provide three forms of ID:
- Driver’s License or State ID
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Must pass background check, name trace, and fingerprinting prior to start
- Must pass data entry assessment (minimum 5,500 KSPH)
- Must be willing to assist in other departments as needed
Preferred Skills
- Strong clerical and organizational abilities
- Prior experience with GLBX Extraction or Batch Prep
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk continuously
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
